There has been a definite shift in activity over the past couple of months in Coronado. I can’t fill the flyer boxes at our listings quickly enough, Open Houses are busy and contracts are being written…LOTS of contracts are being written. Eleven (11) properties in Coronado went pending in the past 7 days (including the Village, Shores and Cays). That far exceeds what we normally see in Coronado, so to me, that’s a positive indication that prices will begin to increase and inventory levels will continue to slide.
I hope this trend continues into our summer season, which is historically the town’s busiest time of the year for real estate sales.
